Where we deliver

We deliver across India.

How long it takes

Every product page shows its own lead time (for example "4-5 weeks"). That is the time from your confirmed, paid order to the piece being ready to dispatch. Made-to-order and imported pieces take longer than pieces in stock.

After your order is confirmed we check each piece and contact you to agree a delivery date. How long the journey takes after dispatch depends on where you are; we tell you when we agree the date.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge for your order, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Installation

Whether assembly and installation are included depends on the piece. We confirm it with you when we agree the delivery date.

On the day

Please make sure someone is at the address to receive the order and that the piece can reach the room (lift size, stairs, doorways). Check the packaging and the piece when it arrives and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

If something is delayed

If a piece will be later than the lead time we gave you, we will tell you as soon as we know and give you a new date.
